Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Engineer will install, commission, and maintain security systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. Youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Responsibilities: - Install and maintain intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Conduct on-site analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and propose solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with a team and independently in the field.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry standards.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry.
- Working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom equipment.
- CSCS card and essential health and safety knowledge.
- Emergency First Aid certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach.
